GIANDUJA MACAROONS
Ingredients: sugar, apricot kernels 32%, Gianduja chocolate 15% (Tonda Gentile Trilobata hazelnuts 30% min, sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, milk powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla extract), egg white, almonds 4%, glucose syrup.
COFFEE AMARETTI
Ingredients: sugar, apricot kernels 32%, egg white, almonds 4%, ground Arabica coffee 100%, glucose syrup.
LEMON MACAROONS
Ingredients: sugar, apricot kernels 32%, egg white, almonds 4%, candied lemon paste 4% (lemon peel, sugar, wheat-based glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid – preservative: sulphur dioxide), glucose syrup, lemon essential oil 0.3%.
MANDARIN MACAROONS
Ingredients: sugar, apricot kernels 32%, egg white, almonds 4%, candied mandarin paste 4% (mandarins, sugar, wheat-based glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid – preservative: sulphur dioxide), glucose syrup, mandarin essential oil 0.3%.
Preservative: potassium sorbate.
